With the advancement of AI, companies are in a rush in adopting Machines to replace human moderators to moderate user generated content. While this is good but it leaves a gap in understanding the users and AI often fails to understand the context of user conversation or user sentiments while moderating UGC. AI has come a long way and can almost imitate human actions but it often a trial and error approach. Humans on the other hand can understand the context and take action appropriately. Humans are more accurate and hence the key to build user trust leading to better user engagement. May be a hybrid model can solve better problems instead of relying only on AI

Although AI is ideal to manage volume but human moderation is needed for an insightful moderation of User Generated Content (UGC)
